Conclusion and termination of the contract of sale 

These Terms and some of the conditions of sale specified with the information about certain products constitute the offer of Klasik M d.o.o. for the conclusion of Contract and the user as a customer with the registration, the signing of the order or otherwise determined by these Terms accepts the same, what is thought to be a concluded Contract between the customer (user) and Klasik M d.o.o., according to the conditions of sale in these Terms. 
The use of the purchase services on the www.light4dark.com online store is granted only to adults who are of age. The utilization and use by children or minors a not are allowed and parents and/or guardians are required to pay attention, otherwise they assume all rights and obligations resulting from such use, whereby Klasik M d.o.o. is not responsible for any consequences of such use. 
The subject and the commercial purpose of the Contract is the purchase of a selected article or service through the online store www.light4dark.com in exchange for payment of an adequate fee – price of this product or service. The Contract is concluded via means of distance communication (Distance Selling Contract), through the online store or via e-mail. 


The Contract comes into force and shall be binding from the moment the user accepts the offer by Klasik M d.o.o. in either of the following ways:

  • by selecting the payment and completing the order as registered www.light4dark.com user or
  • by selecting the payment and confirming the received order/ offer via e-mail
 
a) In the process of registration or when creating a user account, the user is required to choose a name under which he will use the services, choose a security password and provide a valid e-mail address mail. All data required for registration or to create a user account has to be true and it is explicitly prohibited to utilize or use other people’s data.
b) The user is obliged to keep details of his security password and user account secret. It is not permitted to use any other registration or user account.
c) If the provisions of the Terms from his article have been violated, Klasik M d.o.o. reserves the right, in its discretion, to delete registration or user account, without any compulsory compensation of cost or damage to the user.
Prices and taxes
    All prices are shown in Croatian Kuna and  (or) in other currencies and already include Croatian tax for goods (25%, local name PDV). Klasik M. d.o.o. are not responsible for any possible additional cost in countries of receiving goods like customers taxes or any kind of other local taxes.

    Return of goods and funds

    The user (customer) of the product has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from receipt of goods without giving specific reasons. With the return, the Contract is considered to be terminated unilaterally. The declaration of the termination of the Contract, the buyer is required to send before the deadline of the termination of the contract. 
    Nevertheless, we would like you to indicate the reason why you are returning the good, in order to enhance our business. 
    Exceptionally, the buyer has no right to terminate the contract unilaterally:

    • if the goods are not in the original packaging, if the goods are used, damaged or parts are missing
    • if the service rendered, with the explicit consent of the customer, commenced before the expiration date within which the buyer has the right to request the termination of the contract
    • if the product has been produced on the basis of the customer’s specifications and or/ products produced exclusively for the customer

    In the event of the termination the buyer is obliged to return the product at its own expense, provided that the product must be undamaged, unused and in unchanged amount and in original undamaged packaging, otherwise the buyer loses the right to terminate. 
    In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Contract, you have to inform us about your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the deadline in an unambiguous statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, where you indicate your first and last name, address, phone number, fax number or e-mail address. 
    The buyer can return the product by post (delivery) to the following address:

    The transferred money will be returned to the buyer’s account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

    We will refund your payments received, excluding the cost of delivery.

    The refund will be processed the same way the payment was made. We are not responsible for any additional and possible cost your credit card provider or your bank.
